Brent Bolthouse

Founder/Chief Executive Officer

Say hi to Brent, the spirited founder of Bungalow Hospitality Group. You can credit his eccentric ways to his desert roots in Joshua Tree. His journey toward sobriety and spirituality intertwines with his professional ethos, guided by Dale Carnegie’s timeless wisdom.

As the proud father of Sai Bowie, Brent’s love for exploration and cultural immersion fuels his creative spirit. With a Leica in hand, he captures life’s vibrant moments, while his passion for music keeps the energy buzzing.

Professionally, Brent is a visionary, forging impactful partnerships and guiding his creative team to new heights. Together, they bring innovative brands and projects to life, infusing each endeavor with Brent’s signature blend of authenticity and innovation.

Driven by the mantra, “Never a good excuse not to help if you can,” Brent embodies a spirit of generosity and collaboration in both his personal and professional pursuits, illuminating the path to success for all who join him on the journey.

B Brian Martin

Chief Financial Officer

Meet B Brian, the seasoned Chief Financial Officer whose expertise spans coast to coast. Originally hailing from Boston, B Brian now calls Texas home, bringing with him a wealth of experience from his distinguished career.

Nicknamed Gandalf for his wisdom and foresight, B Brian has held pivotal roles as Head of Finance of House of Blues, and CFO of Innovative Dining Group,  SBE Entertainment Group and Universal City Walk, where he demonstrated a mastery of financial strategy and leadership.

After a well-deserved retirement, B Brian was called back to the forefront by Brent, the visionary founder, to lend his invaluable insight and guidance to Bungalow Hospitality Group.

With a reputation for sound financial management and a track record of success, B Brian has led BHG to new heights, leveraging his wealth of experience and expertise to ensure financial stability and growth.

Deb Fass

Chief Marketing Operator

Deb is a badass CMO with a flair for the unexpected. Originally hailing from Monsey, NY, she ventured to Los Angeles at the age of 18, kickstarting her career as the personal assistant to none other than Rob Zombie. Behind her corporate facade lies a surprising talent – she’s a bowling whiz and a dominoes master.

Beyond the boardroom, Deb’s heart beats for four-legged friends, advocating for adopt-don’t shop and showering her pride and joy, Benji, with endless love. A lover of contrasts, she finds solace in both delicate floral arranging and the intensity of weightlifting, proving that strength comes in many forms.

Fun fact: Deb navigates life with only one kidney, a testament to her resilience and determination. In the professional arena, she’s the organizational Yin to everyone else’s creative Yang, cultivating teamwork and championing individual growth.

Meet Jen, the resident vibe maker at Bungalow Hospitality Group. Hailing from the City of Angels with roots in the Pima Indian reservation, she blends culture and creativity into every beat. From fashion to dance, Jen’s journey is as eclectic as her taste in music. With a passion for old trains, classic films, and the history of music, she keeps the soul alive. As the guardian of the our ethos, Jen ensures every night pulses with energy—just ask Jay Z about that one time at Dublin’s. Mia Weier

Creative Director

Meet Mia, the creative powerhouse with a California soul and a gamer’s heart. As a third-generation native Californian, she’s no stranger to adventure, spending summers camping and fishing with her family. But don’t let her love for the great outdoors fool you, she is a hardcore gamer, always up for a challenge, whether it’s playing cutthroat games of Mafia or cracking codes in escape rooms.

Raised in the eclectic atmosphere of flea markets alongside her mother, Mia now shares her passion for thrifting with her teenage daughter, scouring for hidden gems. Keep an eye out for one of her treasures on our very own shelves.

Growing up, Mia dreamt of becoming a race car driver, but instead, she found her calling as a true creative and collector. She is a vital part of the team, and opened our very first location with us back in 2012.  At work, she’s the mastermind behind all new locations and brand concepts. Collaborating seamlessly with marketing teams, she brings visions to life through captivating creative assets. From interiors  to crafting clever cocktail names, Mia’s a jack of all trades.

Jerome Astolfi

Director of Operations

Meet our culinary globetrotter Jerome, hailing from Marseille, France, with Italian and Corsican roots. From running top restaurants in San Diego to earning accolades in Las Vegas alongside Michelin giants, Jerome has mastered the art of hospitality. When not managing operations, he’s  exploring National Parks, capturing wildlife, and planning adventures from Africa to Patagonia. With a Bengal cat named Chewbacca as a roommate and a passion for history and archaeology, Jerome brings a world of flavor to their role as Director of Operations, elevating our projects to new heights since 2017.

Scott Adair

Chief Accounting Officer

Scott is our buoyant Chief Accounting Officer whose love for numbers is rivaled only by his passion for life. Born and raised in the heart of Los Angeles, Scott’s journey is as vibrant as the city itself.

When he’s not diving into spreadsheets, you’ll find Scott gliding through the water with the grace of a dolphin, for he’s not just an accountant—he’s an avid swimmer, finding solace and serenity in the water.

Beyond the boardroom and the pool, Scott’s heart belongs to his family. A devoted husband and father, he cherishes every moment spent exploring the world with his loved ones, each adventure leaving an indelible mark on his soul.

With a knack for numbers and a zest for life, Scott embodies the perfect balance of professionalism and playfulness, reminding us all that even in the world of accounting, there’s always room for a splash of joy.
