From running top restaurants in San Diego to earning accolades in Las Vegas alongside Michelin giants, Jerome has mastered the art of hospitality. When not managing operations, he’s exploring National Parks, capturing wildlife, and planning adventures from Africa to Patagonia. With a Bengal cat named Chewbacca as a roommate and a passion for history and archaeology, Jerome brings a world of flavor to their role as Director of Operations, elevating our projects to new heights since 2017.
